This policy explains what information HomeownerPedia ("we", "us") collects when you visit www.homeownerpedia.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
Usage information. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information such as pages visited, referring page, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type. We use a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use advertising cookies.
Referral clicks. When you click a partner link, the link carries a code that tells the partner the visit came from us and which page you were on. It does not carry your name or contact details.
Information you give to partners
Our site has no lead forms. If you continue to a partner's website and fill out their form, that information goes directly to the partner and is governed by their privacy policy and terms. We may receive reports from partners that show how many referrals came from our site, and in some cases whether a referral qualified, so they can pay us.

We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to run the site and measure visits. Partners' websites may use their own cookies under their own policies.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use reasonable safeguards, and we keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
